ACLS-A Must-Know Health Care Course


With the increasing rate of heart disease and heart stroke among people, it has become necessary that every one of us must have a basic knowledge about the skill of Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).It is an emergency procedure to handle victims suffering from sudden cardiac arrest. The training involves the advance use of medical equipment and is especially offered to medical professionals. 

Generally, Cardiac arrest occurs, when the normal circulation of blood within the body of a patient stops. In order to save the patient, one has to know the immediate way to manage air flow in the lungs of the patient before the medical help arrives.

 To help interested professional to take ACLS training, Citywide CPR Inc. in Chicago is offering advance classes in both onsite and offsite classroom locations. The courses are recognized by American Heart Association Heart Saver following the regulation of Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970. 

The offsite classes are situated in Ann Arbor, Atlanta, Minneapolis, Boston, Columbus, Philadelphia and many other locations in the United States. The health instructors of Citywide CPR Inc. also provide web-based courses to students situated at distant areas. The e-learning courses include interactive hospital-based cases, where students have to understand the cardiac disease and its necessary treatment.

Apart from ACLS training courses, Citywide CPR Inc. also provides BLS training, CPR training, AED training, First Aid courses, Bloodborne Pathogen training and many more. After completion of these essential courses, students are provided with American Heart Association Heartsaver Completion Card, valid for 2 years.
